ECWU grew out of the American Oil, Chemical and Atomic Workers International Union. The ECWU later merged with the Communication, Energy and Paperworkers Union, a predecessor of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unifor.org\">UNIFOR<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like the earliest banners in our collection, this banner has images painted on both sides, and a decorative fringe. The banner combines traditional banner design with more modern designs and techniques.
